Air Commodore (Retd) Dr Andrew Curtis OBE, ‘From Deterrence to Intervention and back again: The Strategic Drift of UK Defence Policy since the Cold War.’
The annual Air Power Lecture is co-hosted by the Centre of War and Diplomacy and the Royal Air Force Museum. This year’s speaker, Dr Andrew Curtis, draws from a 35-year career in the RAF - including operational appointments in Afghanistan, Libya and Haiti and a PhD from King’s College London.
