Quantum Base was founded in 2013 as a spin-out from Lancaster University through which Professor Rob Young's discoveries in the field of quantum physics could be commercialised. It's become the first ever Lancaster University spin out to float on the London Stock Exchange following its successful fundraising and admission to trading.
