We are located just fifteen minutes away from the historic and vibrant City of Lancaster, with over 100 shops, plenty of pubs and a castle dating back almost 1,000 years. Discover a unique combination of arts and culture, alongside beautiful coastline and countryside, creating an unforgettable student experience. We're also close to the Lake District, England's largest National Park, with plenty of things to do including watersports, walking and much more.

Lancaster University Management School is located at the heart of the Lancaster University campus, set in 578 acres of beautiful landscaped parkland with excellent facilities. Our striking buildings include the Management School and the Charles Carter building, and our dedicated student services including the LUMS careers team provide specialised support and guidance.

Transcript for My experience founding the Accounting Society

The most valuable aspect of my Lancaster experience beyond the curriculum was forming the Lancaster University Accounting Society alongside my friends in my second year of the course.
This experience completely shaped me to be the person I am today.
As a society we offered various events throughout the academic year which were tailored towards employability and careers as well as academic events. And we made so many connections through that experience and many of them we're still in touch with to this day. And I'm incredibly proud to say that the Accounting Society is still going strong 3 years after I've left Lancaster. And so that has been such a valuable experience that I've been able to transfer skills from into my career as an Associate Financial Planner to this day.
