The Graduate College accommodation team manage a range of two-bedroom flats across campus, suitable for students with a family.

We also have a few one-bedroom flats available on request - please contact us for details about those.

The flats

Bowland Main

There are three two-bedroom flats on the top floor of Bowland Main suitable for families with one or two children, costing £275.80 per week.

These flats are situated on the rooftop of the Bowland Main building, just off Alexandra Square, and some of the flats benefit from lift access. All have a double bedroom with a 1300mm wide bed and a second bedroom with either a single bed or bunk beds, a living room, small kitchen and bathroom with a shower over the bath.

They measure between 52 and 65 square metres in size.

Some of these flats have a space for a washing machine, and there is lift access to some, but not all flats.

County Field flats

County Field

There are seven two-bedroom flats at the north end of campus by the LICA Building suitable for couples with up to two children. The weekly cost is £294.00.

There is one flat on each floor in four-storey blocks, there are no lifts in these buildings. Each has a double bedroom with a 1300mm wide bed, a second bedroom with bunk beds, open plan living/dining/kitchen area and bathroom with a shower over the bath.

The flats measure 63 square metres.

Washing machines are not permitted in these blocks, although there is a laundrette located close by.

County Main flats

County Main

There are three two-bedroom flats on the Rooftop of the County Main building at the north end of campus, suitable for a couple with one or two children and costing between £294.00 and £310.80 per week. The building has lift access.

Flats measure between 70 and 81 square metres. Each has a double bedroom with a 1300mm wide bed, a second twin bedroom which has one or two single beds, a living/dining area, separate kitchen and a bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Washing machines are not permitted in these blocks, although there is a laundrette located close by.

County South flats

County South

There are five two-bedroom flats on the rooftop of the FASS Building on the north spine, two suitable for couples with one child, and these cost £275.80 per week. There is no lift access to these flats.

They range in size from 53 to 55 square metres and include a double bedroom with a 1300mm wide bed, second single bedroom, living/dining area, small separate kitchen and a bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Some of these flats have a space for a washing machine (there is a is a laundrette close by for those that don't), and there is limited lift access to the top floor.
